On 5 June 2026, people from across the globe came together for an all-hands day that felt less like a routine meeting and more like a milestone. Engineers, product builders, designers, and operators — each bringing their own platform ideas and perspective — gathered in one room to work through concepts at the heart of what we do: healthcare technology that actually helps people hire, verify, and care better.
A room full of health-themed product energy
The morning was dedicated to platform showcases. People from different teams and regions brought forward their best work — concepts tied to real healthcare hiring pain points: compliance workflows, candidate experience, visa corridor intelligence, and tools that reduce friction between facilities and professionals.
What stood out wasn't just the variety of ideas, but the talent on display. Whether someone was presenting staffing tools, credentialing flows, or international mobility features, every pitch had the same through-line: make healthcare hiring faster, fairer, and more human — and each person brought their own platform vision to the table.
1:1s that sharpened everyone's scope
Afternoon sessions shifted to structured one-to-one conversations across the team. These weren't status updates — they were honest working sessions on:

- Where we need to improve — process, communication, tooling, or delivery pace
- How individual work ladders up to platform goals customers will feel in the product

No gathering is complete without food — and this one was special. Uudey Mangali and his wife prepared a wonderful home-cooked lunch for everyone in the room. It was generous, thoughtful, and genuinely delicious — the kind of meal that turns collaborators into a crew.
